Washington OIC Opens Comment Period on Consolidated Health Care Rules

Washington — Notice of consolidated health care rulemaking (R 2026-02): The commissioner is considering proposed consolidated health care rules (R 2026-02) to address changes in state law and to ensure a well-functioning health insurance market. The comment period for this rule began at 12:00 a.m. on July 22, 2026, and will close at 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2026. Please send comments to rulescoordinator@oic.wa.gov.
